Sam's CGS Hawk
This is an older Hawk, originally comes from Broadview Heights, Ohio in kit form. This model has a single seat, 52hp 2-cycle engine and cruises easily at 70 mph. It has the tri-cycle landing gear which to me is a little easier ground handling than tail draggers. Here's a few shots of activity during and after my first flight--

Flying is fun but should always be accompanied with plenty of instruction. There's nothing so neat as an overview of God's creation on a sunny spring day.
