The tribute continues~~

I have received several nice letters from people who have visited  Svens' tribute page. These are ofcourse, in addition the the guest-book entries. I thought it would be nice to include some of them here.

Dear Sam,

You will remember me, the lady with the epidural headache with a late onset of 3 weeks, and I have the website www.epidural.net

Anyway, I was just having a look in your website to see if you had any more interesting epidural links that I don't have on my site, and I just had a look at the beautiful tribute you had to your brother Sven. I come from a committed Christian family and I am a committed Christian too.  I was so touched by what you wrote about your brother and the beautiful music "Till we meet again" brought tears to my eyes - (I know the song well and used to sing it in a well known girls choir).

I rang my father straight away and told him to have a look and he was extremely touched too. He lost his only brother suddenly in 1994 who was also born in 1938 -  My Uncle did not know the Lord and this weighs heavily on my dad's heart. Sam, I am so sorry that you lost your much loved brother, but so glad that he allowed God to use him to bring so many people to Jesus and that even though his life on earth has been cut short, he is now in Paradise with God.  May the seeds that your brother has enabled God to plant in so many peoples lives continue to grow!

Thank you for sharing with the world about your wonderful brother and may God bless you and your family always.

Kindest regards and my prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Sam,

My daughter just showed me your websight, what an interesting websight it is.

She also told me about the story of your brother and I have just finished reading it and listening to firstly Waltzing Matilda and then till we meet again, how Inspiring.

What a beautiful story about an obviously  beautiful man, this filled me with emotion, You obviously loved him very much and what a wonderful way to remember him.

As  I read this story I   remembered my dear brother who passed away in 1994 three days before my youngest daughters wedding, one great difference is that my brother did not know the Lord but I was with him till he passed away, I found little much comfort in the gospel accept hope and trust in the Lords mercy.

I remember the precious moments I spent with him after being told he had three to six months at best, we then expressed our love and feeling to each other 2 days before he passed away he only lasted 3 days not 3 months. sometime I may send you a little story about him entitled " the clock" if you are interested.

My family are Christians and with a background also in the Methodist church, although we now worship in a Baptist Church.

You were an encouragement to my daughter who you communicated to who had an epidural that went wrong, thank you for that.

May Gods richest blessing be yours and all you love.
